1. Cost Management

• Monitor and record production costs including raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.

• Calculate product costing by item or process stage; analyze variances between actual and standard costs.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to manage and control cost efficiency.

2. Capital Equipment & Import Accounting

• Track and record capital investment in machinery and equipment (mostly high-value imported assets).

• Work closely with supply chain and technical teams to monitor purchase progress, delivery, and payment schedules.

• Register and allocate fixed assets in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.

3. Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare periodic cost reports and analysis to support business decisions.

• Assist Chief Accountant in compiling data for financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, tax regulations, and accounting practices related to costs, assets, and imports.
