[Factory 1] Purchasing Officer

• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure appropriate quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain and update supplier database, contracts, and price lists.
• Coordinate with QA, Planning, Warehouse, and Production for material and packaging supply.
• Support supplier evaluation, audit preparation, and corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing procedures and policies.
• Monitor market trends and propose cost-saving or alternative sourcing ideas.
• Support purchasing reports, KPI tracking, and other tasks assigned by Purchasing Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
