Get to know the Role:
-We are looking for Head of Facilities Management with F&B background to join our team. As Head of Facilities Management, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the facilities management of Kitchen by GrabFood.
The day-to-day activities:

- Lead the overall facilities management plan and execution of Kitchen by GrabFood
- Supervise and manage the execution of facilities management for Kitchen by GrabFood, ensuring all sites are properly managed and merchants can run smooth operations
- Responsible for the overall facilities management budget and expenses
- Ensure all kitchens maintain health and hygiene standards
- Recommend necessary repair work, renovation, furnishings and equipment replacement for the properties
- Manage all Mechanical & Electrical services and provide resolution to outlets
- Work with site supervisors and external partners to manage facilities
- Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to operations and process, and implement solutions to identified issues
- Leverage both personal and Grab’s business development network to generate leads for preferred partners
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
The must haves:
Minimum 5-7 years of primary experience in facilities management (F&B)
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management-related disciplines
- Proven track record in facilities management, preferably handling multiple sites
- Strong knowledge of F&B in Indonesia with extensive contact list in F&B facilities and partners
- Strong communication and influencing skills and ability to adapt to a very fast paced environment
- Hands on personality, fast learner and keen to get involved in multiple fast-growing projects
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken
