Facilities Management
· Responsible for the optimal use of facilities accommodation, furniture, equipment and supporting services, and maintaining a safe and neat workplace.
· Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Activities include planning maintenance and replacement; property management, insurance and supply arrangements.
· Responsible for day-to-day facilities operations.
· Responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance and repair of the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment.
