Facilities Management
· Responsible for the optimal use of facilities accommodation, furniture, equipment and supporting services, and maintaining a safe and neat workplace.
· Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance. Activities include planning maintenance and replacement; property management, insurance and supply arrangements.
· Responsible for day-to-day facilities operations.
· Responsible for the reliable operation, maintenance and repair of the organization's buildings, facilities, machinery and equipment.
End results
· Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance
· Provide FNA consulting and operation services in line with business strategies and
Accountabilities:
· Meet KPI of Facility management
· Other accountabilities as assignment.
Education:
· College or Bachelor
Professional Qualification/Certification:
· Preferrably with Professional Certication in facility mangement
Experience:
· Preferable to have 3 - 5 years relevant experience in warehouse & logistics
· Knowledgeable in 5S/7S, ISO, C-TPAT standards is highly preferred
· Strong passion in facility management
· Good MS Office skills particularly in Excel, Words and Power point
· Able to work independently and meticulous
Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
