Get to know our Team:

You will be working as part of Kitchen by GrabFood team to expand our cloud kitchen business. The cloud kitchen is an exciting new venture that we believe will disrupt the food delivery space. In this role as a site supervisor you will collaborate with internal stakeholders (business owners, business operations team, account management team) and external stakeholders (merchants, vendors, landlords), to ensure good upkeep of our facilities.

Get to know the Role:

We are looking for a talented Site Supervisor with F&B background and a lot of experience on the ground working with merchants or running a food court.

  • Good domain knowledge on the world-class best practices of maintaining a hygienic and safe kitchen environment
  • Strong drive to create and maintain a pleasant kitchen working environment for the merchants by ensuring good compliance and discipline from all the parties involved
  • Ability to work with various parties to ensure smooth and continuous business operations (inter-merchant relationships are well maintained, relevant payments are paid on time, any issues are escalated and addressed promptly)


The day-to-day activities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations in order to achieve operational excellence in delivering the products to customers
  • Responsible as the first person in contact to receive and handle enquiries, complaints and questions from merchants, and provide assistance to merchants when necessary
  • Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to operations and process, propose solutions to management, and implement solutions
  • Inspect the cleanliness of areas and equipments, ensuring sanitary standards are met
  • Provide weekly insights on performance
  • Liaise with multiple parties to ensure issues are resolved
  • Work with our product, operations, and merchant teams to make sure customers and merchants have the best possible experience
  • To ensure all operational costs are maintained within the predefined budget


The must haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience in supervising F&B establishments, particularly food courts, in a supervisory / managerial level position
  • Existing contacts with facilities management vendors is a plus
  • Experienced in handling and dealing with merchants

  • Proven leadership skill

  • Passion for the on-demand delivery space and food delivery in particular

  • Great communication skills

  • Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English
