Facilities & Materials Manager

Reporting directly to Vice President - Operations, this role will be responsible to ensure all facilities and materials well provided and well managed in all Fulfillment Centers (FCs) of Tiki Now Smart Logistics nationwide.

Facilities Management:

• Be responsibilities for facilities operations, maintenance, upkeep, vendor management, security and support equipment and systems of all Fulfillment Centers (FCs).
• Lead Infrastructure and Facility strategies, policies, systems, planning
• Lead FM team members nationwide, undertake performance reviews, identify skill requirements and ensure necessary training is provided
• Oversee the procurement of contract services, coordination of contractor execution activities to maintain the facility and cleaning services.
• Be responsible for development of systems, procedures, and tools to adequately control the facility operations, appearance and maintenance. 

Materials Management:

• Manage receipts, inventory management, packaging and waste handling for FC’s materials.
• Oversight and coordinate of materials to support FC’s operations. Oversees or executes sourcing, vendor qualification, expediting and acceptance of materials and equipment.
• Manage the physical inventory to include accountability, expiry, quarantine and reject processes.
