Fabric Executive

Task 1:

Purchase the fabric for the sample order

Check the document and yield from the Development and Technical Dept to update fabric information for the booking of each style

Base on the quantity order to order fabric and track shipment arrival at factory

Count quantity sample for Production, PP, China testing to order fabric

Check PI from supplier

Ensure fabric arrive on time

Slove other issues from supplier.

Task 2:

Develop and order fabric in development stage for proto/360/KAS/SLM sample

Work out the LDs chart and tracking the LDs approval , asked mills send the LDs to factory which VV item

Requested the fabric for proto sample/mock up

Place Order fabric for 360/KAS/SLM sample

Control , update WIP , request the replacement of fabric for 360/KAS/SLM sample

Update fabric chart , data for data girl to update in ERP system

Check the fabric testing report in development stage and work with mill any issue before bulk going to

Arrange all the document /fabric sample to handover with fabric mill

Task 3:

Work out the LDs chart and tracking the LDs approval , asked mills send the LDs to factory which VV item

Balance/ check fabric stock

Update status of each style and inform Developer for updating before receive order

Task 4:

Update material status for Pullforaward (if have) to relevant Depts

Report stock quantity/ save cost for relevant Depts

·         University majoring in textile technology or a related field

-          Microsoft Office Certificate & do well on Excel. / Chứng chỉ vi tính và hiểu biết về Excel

-          English certificate – Rather, understand reading documents and basic writing in email communication

-          Understanding of material consumption calculation 

-          Basic knowledge & understanding of the garment field 

-          Understand ERP or any similar data system management 

-          At least >1 Years of experience or with the same position in company
