1. SOP (Standard Operating Procedures):- Create comprehensive training materials.- Develop manuals covering:- Baking techniques- Equipment usage- Operational procedures- Display and hygiene standards- Conduct regular checks of the bakery operation process.- Monitor and ensure the quality of bakery products.- Inspect the hygiene of production and display areas.- Provide support to all stores in resolving operational issues and difficulties.- Ensure consistent quality across all store locations.
2. Training:- Support new store openings.- Provide on-site production and operational support to Bamigo! at each new store before and during the opening period.- Conduct employee training sessions.- Train employees from beginner to professional baker levels.
3. R&D:- Develop new bakery items.- Develop new items to diversify the bakery's SKU offerings and streamline the production process.
4. Order & Purchasing:- Baking Utensils: Manage the procurement of baking utensils for the bakery area.- Ingredients & Packaging: Order ingredients and packaging materials for new store openings.
