About the Role

We are looking for an Export Sales Executive with experience in international business/foreign trade to join and grow together with our International Sales Department.

Join us as an Export Sales Executive – where you will challenge yourself in a dynamic international B2B environment, learn from an experienced team, and step by step build your success in the global market

Key Responsibilities

  • Search, approach, and maintain strong relationships with international customers in the wood/plywood industry.
  • Support the implementation of business and marketing plans as directed by the Head of Sales.
  • Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and manage customer accounts throughout the order process.
  • Coordinate with supply, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth delivery, payment, and issue resolution.
  • Manage customer data, update business reports, and provide insights on customer needs and market trends.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.

Job requirement

Requirements

  • Age: 25–35, with 1–2 years of experience in international sales/foreign trade (export experience preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Incoterms, international payments, and export documentation.
  • Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
  • Strong skills in business planning, execution, and problem-solving with creativity and flexibility.
  • Negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills to work effectively with both customers and internal departments.
  • Knowledge/skills in web, SEO, online marketing & B2B sales.
  • Professional, reliable, principled, and able to build trust with customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure, with clear career goals and a long-term growth mindset.
