• At Strategic Supply team, creating and maintaining a sustainable fleet of long term drivers in Grabcar platform is our top priority. We are working with automotive car finance companies and automotive dealers to offer promotional packages for GrabCar drivers. Source for exclusive privilege of car rental package for drivers. In return, the drivers will work closely with GRAB and support GRAB’s events or marketing promotions.

Get to know the Role:

• Building and maintaining relationship with our partners.
• Managing driver performance to achieve KPI.
• Coordinate events with driver & marketing.
• The ideal candidate will be comfortable in relationship management, customer service, problem solving, events co-ordination and can thrive in a startup environment.

The day-to-day activities:

• Conduct daily/weekly monitoring and communications with drivers.
• Handle the drivers operational including drivers’ performance.
• Perform daily/weekly rental deduction from drivers’ account.
• Perform incentives payment, cash-out etc.
• Follow-up with drivers on weekly rental payment.
• Extract & prepare weekly driver performance monitoring report.
• Invite and manage drivers to participate in marketing events, campaigns etc.
• Arrange background checks for drivers and evaluate background check results.
• Document management.
• Creation of drivers’ account, data update in system.
• Performs any other duties as assigned on ad-hoc basis.
• Liaising with car rental companies or counterparts in handling car delivery process, welcome session.
• Build & maintain relationship with the drivers, listening to their input and evaluate drivers.
• Handle the problem issue from drivers, specially related in weekly payment and performance, enquiries etc.
• Liaising with finance team on payment of rental, professional or processing fees to stakeholders.
• Arranging incentives and payment to drivers for participation of marketing events etc.

The must haves:

• Basic degree/ undergraduate (preferred) or diploma.

• Microsoft excel skills.

• Strong quantitative abilities and intuition, exceptional analytical skills.

• 2 years related working experience.

• Experience in relationship management, customer service related.
• Experience in events management.
• Result oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deal effectively with conflicting priorities and change.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skill.
