Executive, Casino Communications (Local Vietnamese ONLY)

Main Purpose of the Job
Reporting to Manager / Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications. Executive of Marketing & Communications is responsible to create content and manage all internal communication activities such as clubs, events, digital & traditional communication channels (internal publications, radio, Facebook fanpage, Instagram, Youtube,etc)

Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Support MarCom Manager to define the marketing and communications plan for the hotel and its different profit centres at place, area, country and international levels.
• To implement actions contained in the marketing and communications plans and produce and/or supervise the production of any marketing and communications material. - To increase the hotel's exposure in external communications networks and build up a good working relationship with the press and local media.
• To optimise and promote loyalty programme.
• To work closely and update E-commerce of all communication actions
• PR activities for the hotel
• Internal communication: provide guidelines for the staff when launching new brand concepts or partnership
• Partner with the Food & Beverage teams for hotel promotions and provide reports on the activities
• Work closely with HR to develop and support internal communication Online and print collateral management.
• Responsible of the marketing collaterals from creation to promotion (press releases, hotel factsheet, advertisements and publicity materials, restaurant menus)
• Other duties as assigned by Manager / Senior Manager of Marketing & Communications.
