We are looking for a responsible Executive Assistant to Director of Marketing to help in verbal and written English translation , as well as perform clerical tasks in a well-organized and timely way.

It's a singular chance for anyone who wants to have an overview of digital marketing .

  • Provides a bridge for smooth communication between Director and internal departments, and help in live translation during the meetings.
  • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks including : managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Produce and translate reports, presentations and briefs when necessary.
