Executive Assistant CEO

Job requirement

- Responsible for communicating between CEO and other NNG staff/departments- Maintain appointments and calendar, arrange meetings and appointments, take meeting minutes as required, follow-up on pending actions from meetings- Provide support to ensure that business, operational duties are carried out effectively and efficiently.- Manage travel bookings & other administrative activities including maintaining office files, internal external correspondence, expenses, etc.- Prepare and compile reports of all departments, including: Sales, Marketing, Plant and Finance....- Review and double check on finance report of group, including: subsidairies. Monitor all finance matter ( example: P&L, loan, bank deposit, customer debit....) and support CEO to making decision.- Support CEO in the preparation of speeches and presentations- Other required tasks of CEO

Job requirement

- University degree: Finance- English: Fluent in speaking and writing- Excellent: Word, Excel, Power Point, Project Timeline- At least 3 years experiences similar position or have experience about finance analyst- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with all stakeholders internally and externally- In-depth knowledge of office management- Capable of being flexible and adaptable based on changing priorities across a range of different tasks (multitasking) to meet deadlines.- Able work independently with systematic working methodology- Absolute integrity and discretion at all times with respect to business conversations and confidential information- Able to travel domestically (NNG Plants, customers, suppliers)- Able to have flexible working hours as required
