EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS INTERN

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Communications Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in organizing corporate events and internal communications. You’ll work closely with our team members to help bring meaningful experiences to our employees and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Event Logistics Support

• Assist in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and the procurement team to order and receive event-related services and supplies, including handling post-event paperwork.
• Support the Event team in executing company events/activities and organizing event materials according to instructions and requests from the mentor.
• Help in arranging and managing the gift warehouse. Prepare gift packages and deliver them to the ordering department on time.

2. Other tasks

• Draft and send reminder messages on the company’s internal group chat pre-events.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and timely communication.
• Collect and save all event photos and videos in designated folders.
• Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Qualification

• Final-year students awaiting graduation or recent graduates seeking experience in events and communications
• Major or degree related to marketing, event, procurement, or a related field
• English: TOEIC 500 or equivalent.

2. Skills

• Experience in organizing events at a university in a similar role is a strong advantage
• Ability to work on multiple projects, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Integrity, positive thinking, open-minded, good listener
• Dynamic, agile, enthusiastic, and can learn quickly
• Teamwork, carefulness, and customer-oriented
• Good writing skill and aesthetic taste is a plus
• Being able to join soon would be preferable
