1. Event Organization: 40%
• Develop ideas, plan, and coordinate events from A to Z: opening store, new collection launch, press conferences, sponsorship programs, branding activities – OOH/Road show, etc.
• Manage partners, suppliers, budgets, and handle unexpected situations to ensure smooth event execution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver professional and memorable experiences for customers and partner
2. Partnership Development: 30%
• Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners such as sponsors, media, Department store, KOC/KOL/Influencers, etc.
• Seek new collaboration opportunities, negotiate, and sign partnership agreements.
• Work with partners to implement event and sponsorship programs and evaluate effectiveness after each program.
3. Reporting and Evaluation: 15%
• Prepare summary reports on the effectiveness of each event and communication activity.
• Propose solutions to improve event quality and partnership efficiency. • Evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and provide suitable improvement suggestions.
4. Communication Plan & Content Marketing: 15%
• In charge of Communication Plan.
• Writing creative & inspired contents (Online and Offline) for website, social media channels, promotions, events, email marketing, SMS ads, ...
• Writing and editing PR articles, press releases.
• Develop and manage contents (including content writing, content presentation, image ideas) on all channels in the integration of content programs with brand campaigns.
• Collaborating across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives Others: follow other requests and assignments from Line Manager based on business needs
