Job requirement

  • To review tender documents and other related documents and find out relevant information necessary for tender
  • To prepare BOQ, do material take-Off, and estimate for costing purpose for tender for Mechanical work scope (Piping, tank, equipment, firefighting etc), including finding out cost and sourcing for supplier/ subcon
  • Work with other proposal team members and other department including engineering, procurement, project and BD on tender estimation and submission
  • To support others disciplines (incl. civil, E&I etc) in proposal department for various works that may need when required, including documentation
  • To report to Proposal Manager, and carry out any other works required
  • To support tender activities when required including all related documentation works e.g. prequalification document etc
  • Occasionally may need to travel to overseas for tendering / BD activity
  • Any other works as instructed by Proposal manager and/or BD manager
  • Give support (e.g. QS, project department, etc) on matters relating to price estimation and others etc
  • To support BD activities as and when required especially in connection with Tender works, including follow up with Client on submitted tenders, calling clients, meetings etc.

Job requirement

  • Degree in Engineering, experience in Mechanical/ Piping.
  • Min. 3 years of experience and preferably O&G experience.
