Get to know the Role:
Responsible for ensuring that the TPI Hub dormitory and other driver facilities are operated in a safe and efficient manner, that the building is maintained to the highest possible standards with comfort, clean, and safe area/place for driver or customer to rest and or temporarily stay.
The day-to-day activities:
- Operating and maintaining the site as a fully functioning facilities and comfort use destination for driver/customer
- Ensure that the building is maintained to the highest possible standards at all times and that the building infrastructure are robustly protected and cared
- Provide effective management of staff operating within the Facilities function, including managing relevant third-party vendor to achieve the facility objectives
- Maintaining good relationship and satisfaction of dorm facility users [drivers, tenants, vendors] and service them with terms of customer satisfaction
- Responsibility to execute and managing the building maintenance budget and facilities planned program, and working with the Operation GM in budget or activity program plan setting in future years
- Identify potential contracts from any possible tenants to gain potential additional revenue from utilizing facility spaces without any reduction of quality or functions
- Support the development and implementation of Business Continuity and Emergency Disaster Planning
- The Estate Manager will manage the facilities team and associated contractors or other related third party and will work closely with the Asset Maintenance Manager and Customer Relation Manager.
The must haves:
- Bachelor degree major in any discipline
- Minimum 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience managing dorm or leading driver
- Managerial experience gained from leading people and dealing with 3rd parties vendor at least 2 years
- Preferably has experience working in car rental, or taxi business to manage pool or dorm facilities
- Good Communication with mass & having experience dealing with local communities and environment
- Have leadership, integrity & able to work under pressure
- Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to speak in English
