Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible in monitoring all daily operation of TPI Pool.
The day-to-day activities:
- Manages maintenance and inspection schedule of the Estate
- To deal with maintenance, repair work and additions in the unit particularly in the administration and monitoring
- Maintain, order, and manage inventory
- Ensuring that all parts of the estate are running smoothly. This will require them to be able to accurately assess both the quality of the estate’s upkeep and the performance of individual employees
- Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, performance management
- Maintain high quality control by reviewing work done for accuracy and completeness; provide feedback to team members Creates and maintains budget
The must haves:
- Self-starter with an ownership mentality and a strong sense of drive and urgency to meet goals
- Proven ability to manage staff and oversee busy and large properties
- Minimum 5 years of experience handling estate/facility/GA (building)
