Get to know the Role:
This role is to responsible in managing daily operations for vehicle insurance and claim for selection, review, evaluate, review, and recommendation and also develop first time resolution for emergency respond team.
The day-to-day activities:
- Review the number of units and premiums for renewal of vehicle insurance
- Monitor, review and evaluation insurance claim performance and body repair network performance
- Sharing knowledge about vehicle insurance covered
- Develop emergency roadside assistance
- Managing and maintenance of damages tracking system and coordination of resolution for customer fast respond
- Managing multiple breakdown situations on a daily basis
- Resolving or escalating customer service issues
- Acting as liaison between the servicing location and the customer
- Evaluate claim and body repair network performance
- Performance evaluation of body repair workshop (periodic)
- Declaration of extension of the insurance policy
- Performance evaluation of insurance (periodic)
- Forum group discussion with insurance and workshop (periodic).
- Proactive communicate with internal and intra department and divisions related
- Active communicate to vehicle insurance, workshop and part supplier
The must haves:
- Bachelor degree
- Automotive/Mechanical or Industry Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in People or Land Transport
- Experience in insurance claim head, and ERA handling (breakdown, accident, TPL)
- Technical vehicle knowledge and supply chain of distribution and service
- Motor vehicle insurance knowledge, especially in PSAKBI regulation
- Understand OJK rules on vehicle insurance premiums
- Able to work under pressure and work in dynamic working environment
- Excellence in MS Office
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as a team member
- Excellence Math Skills.
- Availability to work either a Saturday or Sunday as part of regular weekly schedule required
- Well known business process body and paint vehicle
- Experience in managing vehicle insurance in car rental business
- Experience in develop and implementation in roadside assistance team and infrastructures.
