Environment Officer

• Operating and monitoring of environmental management system EMS 14001 at CTL Terminal including that will be set up in 2009
• Implement of regular internal environmental inspection & monitoring
• Coordinate with Environment Coordinator, testing houses and environmental authority in monitoring / inspection of environment
• Ensure existing EMS 14001 of the Terminal is fully compliant with Holcim requirement after EMS 14001 system is set up
• Organize regular environmental meeting

• Planning and execution of environmental awareness training program
• Communicate with Local Government on Environment Protection
• Aesthetic appearance & landscape of the Plant
• Waste management
• Support OHS and OHSE team
• Emergency drill

    2. SECURITY:

• Organization of Security management of the Terminal. Ensure full protection & security of the factory in accordance with the contract signed    
• Together with Safety Officer in coordinating with Local Authority as Police, Local organization in necessary cases
• Monitor all entry/ exit of all crews, drivers, contractors, customers and employees
• Ensure proper and accurate operation of all security recording system
• Ensure firefighting system readiness
• Port security
• Regular meeting & report with management on security activities and perform necessary security action when required
