Get to know our Team:

The Grab for Business team's goal is to very simply get corporations to use Grab. Whether it's for business meetings, trips to the airport, or client events we want SE Asia's workforce to think "Grab" each time they travel.

We serve companies as small as 1-2 people all the way up to Fortunate 500 companies with the aim of driving SE Asia forward.

Get to know the Role:

  • Drive Enterprise Sales:- Lead the enterprise team in rapidly growing sales in this segment. Identify key industries/market segments to focus on, and lead team in aggressively targeting these focus areas.

  • Sales Pipeline & Cadence: - Manage sales pipeline and revenue in the enterprise segment. Have full oversight on growth pipeline, provide regular reporting and forecasting to country head.

  • Brand Ambassador / Client Advocate: - Grow relationships with key accounts, and build a network of C-Suite clients and partners, to build brand awareness and close country deals effectively.

  • Team Leader: -Oversee all people management aspects from building highly motivated enterprise sales teams, hiring/retaining the best, coaching/providing guidance for team. Provide a conducive and progressive team environment for growth and learning.

The day-to-day activities:

  • Be extremely organized, and bring a high level of attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple initiatives, teams simultaneously.

  • Externally - Nurture and expand the company’s relationship with top priority enterprise accounts and decision makers

  • Internally - Good interpersonal skills to be able to work in a collaborative environment with other external teams

  • Responsible for regional quarterly enterprise sales targets

  • Role Model by consistently demonstrating Grab principles in building a highly performing team with expertise to deliver exceptional client value.

  • Exhibit leadership by proactively sourcing opportunities to share best practices and lessons learned across peers and colleagues internally; actively coaches peers at the most senior levels

  • Maintain a positive team culture at all times

The must haves:

  • 6-8 years of experience in B2B sales positions, with a solid track record of success

  • Bachelor's level degree required

  • Excellent people skills, experience in directly managing teams/headcount for at least 1-2 years.

  • Well connected with contacts and networks with major companies. Connections to finance and HR decision makers will be a plus.

  • Strong communications and presentation skills especially with senior management

  • Familiar with CRM tools

  • Familiarity with government accounts and sales to government agencies a plus

  • Strong computer skills, including CRM, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Google Apps for Work

  • Strong excel skills
