+ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals.
+ Project Management: Oversee multiple engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet timelines and budgets.
+ Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
+ Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement engineering solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless project execution.
+ Compliance and Safety: Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
+ Innovation: Drive the adoption of new technologies and methods to maintain competitive advantage in the market.
+ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
+ Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in engineering roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably in the FMCG sector (Company size is >= 1000 people)
