Our goal is to transport smartly and efficiently. We want to be as simple and scalable as possible for engineering architecture, at the same time as complex and thorough as possible for data science algorithms. Our product line include but not limited to GrabTaxi, GrabCar, JustGrab, GrabShare and GrabHitch. We have come a long way to process tons of booking for whole Southeast Asia steadily and smartly and we constantly challenge ourselves to be smarter, more stable and scalable.

Get to know the Role:

You will be leading a mobile engineering team (iOS) which will be involved in most transport initiatives. You will work on Grab Pax App.

The day-to-day activities:

• Work with Product Managers to translate product requirements into engineering specs, project milestones.

• Plan and execute sprints.

• Manage expectations of your direct report.

• Continuously build the team.

The must haves:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or other related Degrees.

• Have a track record of designing, developing and implementing iOS Mobile Application.

• Excellent communication skills.

• 5+ years of working experiences, 1+ years of people management experiences.

• Having back-end work experience will be a plus.
