Management and Leadership:

• ​Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure production projects run smoothly, on schedule, and meet quality standards.

Process Improvement: Analyze, evaluate, and propose technical solutions to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.

Problem-Solving: Address technical issues that arise during production, identify the root cause, and implement effective corrective actions.

Project Management: Plan, monitor, and manage engineering projects, from new product development to the improvement of production lines.

Reporting: Regularly report on project progress, technical issues, and strategic development proposals to senior management.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in an engineering role, preferably in the eyewear manufacturing industry or a related field.

• 至少 5年 的工程岗位工作经验，有眼镜制造行业或相关领域经验者优先。

Proven experience in a management position, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.

• 有管理职位经验，具备领导和激励团队的能力。

Knowing BOM is an advantage.

• 備有BOM 知識者為佳。

Prefer candidate who is familiar with MES system.

• 對 MES 系統有相關知識。

Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, machinery, and technology within the industry.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
