This position is an ideal opportunity for you who have experience in project management and love consulting and advisory. The winning candidate will join KMS Technology department to take the role of advisor for the projects to consistently deliver high-quality work. 

• Consult and audit for software projects in term of project management, delivery management, and processes
• Identify metrics to measure and monitor project performance in term of quality, Velocity/productive, efficiency in Agile/Scrum environment
• Identify & collect best practices from internal projects and industry to enrich company process best practices
• Conduct trainings about project and process management

Key Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in software project management
• Good knowledge and experience in software development process and methodology like Agile/Scrum, Kanban
• Good writing, reporting & documentation skills
• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English
• Self-motivate, ability to learn, detail oriented
• Bachelors of Science, Computer Science, Engineering degree or equivalent
