WE ARE HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS:

1. EPD ENGINEER

Project Preparation & Coordination:o Conduct project kickoffs within the Production Design System (PDS).Project Preparation & Coordination:Conduct project kickoffs within the Production Design System (PDS).Perform BOM (Bill of Materials) and allocation checks.Prepare and manage materials for production, including consumables and internal materials (e.g., tray, carrier, magazine).Request SMT (Surface Mount Technology) for SMV Coordinate the customs registration application process.Material Management:Manage materials for internal production, ensuring availability of parts for various stages (finished samples, semi-finished samples).Oversee the management and preparation of free samples (return and stock management).Perform material requisition applications for different stages (e.g., DOE, FA).Conduct material storage and module storage management.Perform inventory counts (adhesive, warehouse stock) and update inventory status regularly.System Management & Documentation:Release internal project codes in the system.Maintain and update Nimbus Build Matrix, and Allocation.Create and modify part numbers (P/N), BOM, and engineering information.Create NVM (Non-Volatile Memory) maps from VRS and inform the test team.Track and analyze NVM dump data received from the testing team.Build and Production Tracking:Create and track work orders (WO).Release Special Working Flow Requests (SWR).Coordinate and follow up on the FOL and EOL builds.Conduct morning meetings to track progress and discuss issues.Track and provide updates on build status (FOL, EOL, Test builds).Address and resolve build issues, provide feedback, and report on I/O (Input/Output) issues.Shipping and Logistics:Generate yield reports and shipment lot summaries.Arrange and manage shipment logistics.Update ETD (Estimated Time of Departure), ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), and tracking numbers in the system.Coordinate shipping samples selection and preparation of shipping labels.Ensure timely material requisition and delivery for different needs (e.g., DOE, FA).Warehouse and Inventory Management:Oversee NPI (New Product Introduction) warehouse stock clearance.Manage and confirm material requisition and preparation processes.Ensure the efficient picking, transfer, and tracking of materials within the warehouse.Perform regular and daily inventory counts (full stock and change counts).Track and manage material return and confirm requisition status.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with ROHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) after C4.0 compliance stage.Provide a comprehensive build cost summary and track the financial impact of production processes.Collaborate with the team for feedback and issue tracking in the build process.

2. MD(EE) ENGINEER

[Module related EE]- E-fail FACA- Sensor / substrate / flex IQC-Project EE issue FA=> Involving a project design on Electrical Review/highlight design issue/concern on Electrical by DFM etc. Managing to remove electrical issue/concern by DOE etc.=> Involvement for the technical item for all electrical related components material design check, IQC, technical discussion with supplier=> Joining EE issue FACA [Test related EE]- Test PCB design and validation- DOE validation- Tester hardware check=> Developing test related PCB board and its validation.=> Involving the electrical item of test machine. Technical discussion with PCB and tester venders.=> Joining a tester electrical issue FACA=> Supporting the electrical test items(Open/Short check, Resistance check, Current check, etc)

3. FACA ENGINEER

• Monitor production yield performance. • Perform trouble shooting for defective products at automation testing and manual inspection processes, using appropriate diagnostic tools and methodologies.• Analyze production and test data to identify trends, recurring issues, and potential risk areas.• Use statistical tools (e.g., Pareto analysis, control charts, regression analysis) to support failure investigations and drive data-based decision making.• Develop and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate root causes and improve overall product reliability.• Prepare detailed failure analysis reports and communicate findings and solutions clearly to internal stakeholders and external customers.• Propose, collaborate, and lead improvement initiatives in terms of quality perspective.• Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to ensure rapid resolution of issues and continuous process improvement.• Support customer audits, quality reviews, and improvement initiatives as needed.
