Get to know our Team:
The Regional Employer Branding Team is part of a larger dynamic People Operations team. This team is responsible for the strategy, planning and operationalisation of regional employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts. We are a dynamic team with people from diverse backgrounds, including recruiting, marketing, communications and architecture.

Get to know the Role:
The Employer Brand Specialist is a key member to fulfill the vision of building and delivering a strong employer brand at Grab. An excellent candidate would be someone who can see the big picture of how a good employer brand looks like, plan out the strategies of how we can get there, and operationalize the ideals to build this vision.

The day-to-day activities:

We are looking for talented team players to join us in one of the following roles:

Digital content marketing

  • Manage usability of Grab careers site: Plan, create and publish content for careers blog to ensure that we showcase the best stories of Grab’s work and culture, through written, pictorial or video formats
  • Build and grow our online talent community through a newsletter: Curate content and manage our community of followers via Beamery
  • Basic design for website and digital collaterals preferred

Social media and events

  • Build our employer brand social media strategy and see it come to life
  • Assess the ROI of hosting, attending or sponsoring events, and awards that will raise Grab’s profile as an employer, working with stakeholders from the business and various teams within the larger People Operations team

Recruitment marketing

  • Design and execute marketing assets for recruitment marketing efforts, including: landing pages for recruitment drives, campaigns for specific hiring needs
  • Design and execute recruitment marketing in our research & development centres in China and India to generate leads and widen candidate pool

Talent community building

  • Market Grab and specific roles to targeted groups of audiences globally through online and offline engagements, including planning and managing identified global/campus audiences targeted at building up brand awareness.
  • Manage and cultivate talent communities (online + offline) through programmatic engagements
  • Work with our campus recruitment team on building up brand story used for campus recruitment events
  • Work with fabulous team mates and manage interns to wow our talent pool


The must haves:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years in either Marketing, Communications or related fields
  • Proven record of being a strong team player
  • Must have a good knowledge of marketing campaign tactics
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Competency in developing and executing a strong content and brand strategy across multiple online/offline platforms
  • Basic design skills will be preferred
  • Knowledge of talent marketing tools such as Beamery
  • Knowledge of website creation preferred
  • Experience working in a start-up environment is preferred
  • Proven record of the ability to drive results in a team under tight timelines
  • Good knowledge of the talent landscape, especially in Southeast Asia, India, US and China
  • Regional language proficiency is a plus (e.g. Mandarin, or any SEA languages)
