The Employer Branding Specialist plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing employer branding initiatives to enhance company awareness, attract high-quality talent, and create a positive candidate experience.
1. Employer Branding Communication
- Develop long-term content direction and communication plans for employer branding.
- Create diverse content (social posts, video scripts, employer stories, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and recruitment channels.
- Manage and maintain consistent employer brand identity across social media, ensuring alignment in messaging and visuals.
- Develop strategic content including life at work, culture, career development, and business impact stories.
- Monitor insights and performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.) and optimize communication plans accordingly.
2. Employer Branding Campaigns & Activities
- Conceptualize and execute quarterly/annual employer branding campaigns:
- Themed branding campaigns (culture, career, people, etc.)
- Recruitment marketing campaigns for key hiring positions
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure consistent recruitment messaging and align with business needs.
- Partner with the Internal Communication team to drive internal branding initiatives that strengthen the company’s image from within.
3. University Partnership & Talent Pipeline
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, student clubs, departments, and student organizations.
- Organize and execute programs such as Career Talks, Company Tours, and Ambassador Programs.
- Enhance campus presence through booths, workshops, guest speaker sessions, and other activations.
4. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with agencies and production partners to develop content (photos, videos, key visuals, microsites, etc.).
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for employer branding projects.
- Collect employee stories and embed company culture into communication activities.
- Support Internal Communication when needed (internal events, social content, etc.).
