EHS Engineer

• Responsible for all EHS administrative tasks and supervise EHS activities onsite. Coordinate with Managers to resolve, follow up, and track all EHS-related issues at the site.

• Conduct Safety, Health & Environment training for new employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors.

• Monitor compliance with safety rules for all employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors; report and record all violations.

• Perform safety and environmental risk assessments periodically and whenever there are changes.

• Develop and update Work Instructions for workplace areas, equipment, and machinery in the factory.

• Participate in and follow up on EHS programs such as safety patrols, observations, and internal audits.

• Manage and issue Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for all employees.

• Handle incident/accident investigations and prepare investigation reports.

• Supervise the activities of the Firefighting Team, First Aid Team, and Safety Team.

• Develop internal and external EHS plans for the site.

• Prepare plans for statutory inspections of equipment as required by regulations.

• Prepare periodic Environment and Health & Safety reports.

• Monitor the implementation of health & safety improvement projects.

• Manage Medical Room activities and control occupational diseases at the site.

• Bachelor Degree with Fire Protection/ Environment/ Safety major with 1-4 years of experience in EHS management

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-organized, problem-solving

• Able to work under high pressure

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English
