Education consultant Manager

Mô tả công việc

1. BUILD, CONDUCT, ADMIN AND PERFORM SCHOLLY MENTORING PROGRAM

o Analyze market shares of each particular products

o Be responsible for making the all Scholly mentors, sessions, journey, mentoring kits, advising book professionally and inspirationally

o Collect constant feedbacks from customers to enhance the quality and unique selling points of the program

o Complete the Scholly mentoring program with added functions including Orientation Session, Scholly Journeys, Mentoring Kits (Training), Scholly Advising Book

o Design and carry out the experiences of customers at TALEED accorded to Scholly consulting experience: a reality show with ups and downs. The spirit of good and positive drama, battles and fighters is highly emphasized.

o Direct all services, mentors, materials accorded to consulting philosophy inspiring, insightful and voice of the academics and true experiencers

o Enhance new features, expand its functionality, innovations, product lines or markets into the product every month and present to other departments on new findings.

o Observe and learn from market competitors in order to keep ahead of the market.

2. TRAIN & ENSURE ALL MENTORS UNDERSTAND AND WELL IMPLEMENT THE MENTORSHIP PHILOSOPHY OF TALEED TRAININGS.

o Carry out monthly training and performance review to support mentors

o Ensure all staff have passed the Training Tests and are driven to the business goals of the department and the company.

o Ensure all staff have undergo On Boarding Plan

o Ensure every new mentor understands their career paths, evaluations at TALEED during on boarding period.

o Implement Scholly Mentoring Training to every new recruit

o Organize staffing. Coaching, motivating and retaining staff. Coordinating bonuses rewards and incentive.

o Provide direction, leadership, support and control for staff.

o Review the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions.

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

3.1 Sales

o Add up new functions, kits, product lines to the Scholly Mentoring Program every month to diverse products and keep TALEED ahead of the market.

o Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result.

o Generate referrals internally through client promotions and events, client referrals and dissemination of company marketing collateral.

o Obtain referrals within the community using company provided marketing tools.

o Present one Scholly affiliates every month to other departments, encouraging other functions to referral and promote the country, the scholarships.

o Responsible for annual Scholly sales target by training and analysing reports

3.2 Marketing

o Input to build rapport with ADM, IEC, ACA, OPR heads for cross promotion

o Relationship building with key community, banks, tourism companies, publishers and business leaders which includes educational institute (middle, high schools, university) headmaster and teachers or decision makers in HCM area and focused cities (Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Vung Tau, cities in the West)

o Create and keep relationships with competitors’ staff to get updated.

4. CLIENT SERVICE AND UPHOLDING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS

o Build strategic partnerships with new existing clients by providing value adding services

o Carry out internship program with OPR Team

o Entertain clients when necessary

o Giving professional care, thoughtful like one big family.

o Handle efficiently and effectively client’s inquiries to ensure clients are happy with our service

o Instantly updates client’s on company activities to seek business opportunities.

o Invite clients to company’s events and function and take care of them to maintain strong relationship

o Organize competition to TALEEDers around the world

5. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

o Ensure all projects meet deadlines as set on JR forms + project schedules

o Ensure teams have proper guidance for delivering best work as set in their career paths.

o Ensure creative teams receive all resources necessary upon their request (within a week)

Communicate with Sales/ Marketing on results of work via members feedbacks (collateral, campaigns or club designs)

Yêu cầu công việc

o    A native Vietnamese national who graduate from colleges and universities in Europe, North America, Australia, or Singapore. Consideration will also go to those studied in Vietnamese prestigious universities.

o    BS or MS degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred

o    At least 5 years of experience demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a professional services environment;

o    Strong operational management, project management, consulting, technology and process improvement skills

o    Excellent communication skill and be able to inspire the students with life experiences

o    A team player combined with a high degree of work ethics and integrity

English is the language of teaching and communication at TALEED ACADEMY Vietnam. For this role, the minimum requirement is IELTS (Academic) with a score of at least 6.5 (or equivalent, as outlined in the Recruitment, Selection and Onboarding Guidelines).
