Must comply with all company QEOHS policy, procedures, standards, rules, regulations and will be measured against criteria outlined in Dialogue.
Check all invoices for receiving services from suppliers, contractors, and then summarizes and submits invoice package to the team leader for certification, and Dept., Head for approval
Submit payment requests for logistics services to Accounting team
Allocate various costs to the SAP system adequately and perform stock transfer in SAP accurately as SCCVN’s rules
Liaison with supplier and contractor in order to organize reception of goods and services if any
Execute additional administration tasks at the request of the team leader
Manage transportation manifests
Keep documents and papers updated, including: procedures, Work Instructions, forms, records, Legal administrative Reports.
Participate in and plan for ACERT and ISO review and audits
Monitors and summarizes all expenditure and provides activity report to the team leader
Be 1st level support End Users / successors to proper knowledge sustainability
Train End Users according to SAP training calendar; deliver knowledge transfer to successors and/or replacement.
Perform all necessary test for system enhancement and modifications and take part in related SAP project
