The day-to-day activities:

  • Responsible for planning, leading and executing strong operational plans to effectively scale Eater and Growth operations projects (e.g. Merchant Funded campaigns and Eater Conversion projects) across GrabFood’s Southeast Asia markets

  • Responsible for Eater and Growth ops metrics, tracking and reporting effectiveness and optimising to ensure growth targets are achieved

  • Using strong analytical and problem solving skills and business acumen to properly identify other opportunities that the business can further focus on to ensure growth targets are achieved, and then leading those efforts

  • Work closely with in-country and regional stakeholders within Operations Teams to ensure best practices are shared and executed upon

  • Manage relationships with in-country and regional cross-functional teams (marketing product, customer success, S&P, data analytics) to ensure alignment on the growth strategy for the business and being their key stakeholder from business perspective.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor (and/or) degree and fluent in English

  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience with start-up/tech, operations, e-commerce, marketing or management consulting background

  • Applicants must have a good balance of interpersonal and analytical skills to be successful

  • Applicants must demonstrate exemplary project and operations management skills, as well as an ability to combine big picture thinking with understanding details

  • Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment

  • Ability to communicate clearly to different stakeholders

  • Entrepreneurial & resourceful – able to put on different hats; goal is to achieve targets with a “can-do” attitude

  • Proficiency in Excel and analysing large data sets

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel across the Southeast Asia region
