About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end business planning and growth strategy for Teecom’s multi-brand e-commerce ecosystem (Amazon multi-marketplace, TikTok Shop, Walmart, Shopify).

This role plays a critical strategic function, partnering directly with the CCO and Executive Leadership Team, and driving the company’s annual plan, 3-year growth roadmap, forecasting framework, and cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Growth Roadmap

  • Develop and own the Annual Operating Plan and 3-Year Strategic Growth Roadmap for all brands and channels.
  • Build strategic scenarios (Base / Conservative / Aggressive) and evaluate risks & opportunities.
  • Recommend resource allocation strategies for marketing budget, product roadmap, and inventory capacity.

Forecasting & Financial Modeling

  • Build and maintain driver-based forecast models (Traffic → CR → AOV → Sales → CM2).
  • Lead monthly Plan vs Actual performance reviews and identify root causes of variances.
  • Work with Finance to build and track brand/category-level P&L.

Business Performance Management

  • Conduct deep-dive performance analysis: Revenue, Profitability, TACOS, ROI, Refund Rate, Inventory Health.
  • Prepare and lead Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Strategy Review with the executive team.
  • Provide strategic insights and data-driven recommendations for growth and efficiency.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Align Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Creative, and BI teams around unified planning assumptions.
  • Ensure execution teams operate on the correct strategic priorities and timelines.
  • Support strategic initiatives: market expansion, new product launches, cost optimization, and category growth.

System Building & Automation

  • Establish Planning SOP, KPI definition, and data governance standards.
  • Partner with BI to develop automated dashboards and forecasting systems.
  • Improve planning accuracy and strengthen organizational planning capabilities.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of Planning Assistants/Analysts.
  • Build a strong analytical and planning culture across the organization.

Job requirement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Business Planning, Finance, Commercial Analytics, or Category Strategy.
  • Experience in E-commerce / Marketplace / FMCG / Tech / Aggregator preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI / SQL / data modeling.
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs: CR, CPC, AOV, TACOS, CM2, Inventory DOS.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability when presenting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple priorities.

Salary and Bonuses

  • Competitive salary,  plus a 13th-month salary and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
  • Annual performance evaluation and salary adjustment.
  • Monthly attendance bonus of 300,000-500,000 VND.
  • Longevity bonuses.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break). Saturday mornings may be required, with the option to work remotely or at the office, depending on the workload.
