List and upload products and services hang over by product team properly in TripU platform and other channels, ensure it meets the product standard requirements
Anwers and interact to customers' interest and questions through multiple social media channels (such as Facebook, twitter, Instagram, zalo, eg.) in a professional creative and respectful manner.
Performing other duties as assigned by management to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting TripU - Vietravel's assets.
Ensure solid turnover and meeting long-term & short-term sales targets for the related products in Online Platform store management
Data analysis to find improvement area and catch sales opportunities
Managing relationship with Marketplace vendors (Lazada, Adayroi, Shopee...) or suppliers especially in Travel & Services
Developing cross-functional strategy to achieve desired sellers' business growth and ensure smooth operation.
Other duties as assigned
