About the job:

The E-Commerce Manager will lead and scale a portfolio of FMCG brands on TikTok Shop, taking full accountability for commercial performance, strategic growth, and operational excellence. In this role, you will own P&L (Sales In), drive sell-in forecasts, manage profit and margins, and lead end-to-end ecommerce strategy tailored specifically for TikTok’s fast-evolving commerce ecosystem.

You will collaborate closely with brand partners, TikTok Shop’s category team, and internal cross-functional stakeholders while leading and developing a high-performing Brand Store Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a rapid-growth environment, excels at solving complex problems, and is passionate about driving measurable business impact for FMCG brands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business & Commercial Ownership

  • Fully own P&L (Sales In) including stock availability, sell-in forecasts, and profit/margin management.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve aggressive growth targets for a portfolio of FMCG brands on TikTok Shop.

  • Manage commercial billing, reconciliation processes, and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

  • Analyze brand performance, identify growth drivers and blockers, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

2. Strategic & Campaign Planning

  • Lead pricing, assortment, bundling, and promotional strategies optimized for TikTok Shop.

  • Develop operational plans to improve efficiency across supply, logistics, campaign readiness, and execution.

  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Social Commerce, and Creative teams to deliver high-converting campaigns and maximize ROI.

3. Stakeholder & Platform Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok Shop’s category and operations teams, ensuring smooth coordination, visibility, and support for upcoming campaigns.

  • Nurture strategic partnerships with brand partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives, forecasting, and long-term roadmap planning.

  • Demonstrate strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills when working with platforms and clients.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing Brand Store Operations team to ensure exceptional execution and client satisfaction.

  • Inspire continuous improvement, develop team capabilities, and drive operational excellence.

5. Operations

  • Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and coordination with Supply & Demand Planning and Warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock availability.

  • Manage store health on TikTok Shop, monitor operational KPIs, and proactively resolve issues related to supply chain disruptions, policy violations, or operational risks.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure quick resolution of escalations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job requirement

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Ecommerce or Brand Management, preferably in FMCG, ecommerce platforms, or ecommerce enablers. 

  • Proven experience owning commercial performance / P&L, including pricing, forecasting, and profitability management. 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business actions for assortment, pricing, and promotional optimization. 

  • Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively with marketplace platforms (especially TikTok Shop) and brand partners. 

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
