As an E-commerce Key Account Manager, you are responsible for developing a business plan to promote the Brand and grow the key accounts that you handle in terms of sales and traffic online. You may have a chance to manage executives and work with a cross-functional team including Marketing, Design, Training to ensure the success of marketing efforts. You provide accurate and frequent reports to E-commerce manager.
Key Responsibilities
· Business planning: build up a business plan or JBP to achieve the Brand targets in terms of traffic, new buyers and sales.
· E-store management: manage all activities in the store to ensure all functions run smoothly, store layouts are refreshed on a regular basis. KAM manages crisis and problem solving that happen on the e-stores from time to time.
· Visibility: make sure the high quality of contents, product images, design layout of SIS adapt UI/UX on E-commerce platforms and aps, follow up the guideline from Brand in terms of Brand DNA and key visual
· Traffic building: planning on-site and off-site ads including Sponsored Keyword, Sponsored Display, Affiliate, CPAS ads to maximize traffic to the e-stores and optimize ads performance
· Promotion & campaign planning: develop, implement promotion plans and activation calendars align with the Brand equity and marketing campaign
· Assortment & Stock management: manage listing timeline for all portfolio of Brand. Manage stock levels and liaise with related stakeholders to ensure stock is adequate for campaigns
· Customer relationship management (CRM): build up strategy campaigns to increase customers satisfaction and loyalty for the Official Stores
· Analytics & metric: responsible for data analysis, report and proactively come up with recommendations to improve performance, increase traffic and sales
· Partnership management: build strong relationship with PIC of your accounts and platform counterparts to utilize supports from marketplaces for our Brands, catch up the latest initiatives from E-commerce marketplaces
· Research market and competitors: Monitor competitor e-commerce activities and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, e-Commerce.
Experience
· Experience in the online beauty business is preferable
· Proven experience of at least 3 years in e-commerce.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong experiences and mindset of E-commerce Marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki) and Social Commerce (TikTok)
· E-commerce content, on-site ads including paid search ads, sponsored display, affiliate, CPAS ads
· E-commerce business planning skills
· Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude
· Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
· Ability to work with another department and function as marketing, design, sales, digital ads
· Analytical skills to analyze data and make performance improvement suggestions
· Project management experience
· Good excel and powerpoint skills
· Fluently in English
