e-Commerce Executive

• Meet sales target by conceptualizing, proposing and delivering e-Commerce strategies
• Creating digital product assets such as copy writing, photography and product description and list the products to the various e-Commerce marketplace
• To develop and maintain web-store by executing online marketing campaigns to achieve sales target
• Administer web-store content such as set up promotion, updating stock level and generate sales report, tracking of individual site sales performance
• Familiar with Qoo10 – Web-store Operation Platform. To execute promotions with merchandising techniques to grow sales and liaise with Qoo10 operations team if any issue arises
• Handle customers’ enquiries from email / comments across all online touch points within agree timeframe
• Will need to work cross functionally with internal teams (e.g. Marketing, Designer and Inventory Department)
• Handle accounts related matters, follow up and close the payment timely.
