E-commerce Executive (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Analyze competitive SKUs and implement strategies to optimize product listings based on competitor insights.

- Support the development of Amazon Ads (PPC) campaigns; training will be provided.

- Identify and resolve listing suppressions or restrictions promptly to ensure uninterrupted product visibility.

- Monitor and manage inventory levels across Amazon platforms (FBA and FBM), ensuring stock accuracy and availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain, R&D, and Customer Service to ensure seamless sales operations.

- Take on additional tasks or special projects as assigned by the team leader or manager.

WORKING TIME:

Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 13:00 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 (Off on 2 flexible Saturdays/month)

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Amazon FBA, Walmart, or Wayfair operations.
• Solid understanding of Amazon marketplace fundamentals: SEO, PPC, listing optimization, and compliance standards.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain, sales cycle, retail marketing, finance & accounting.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with tools like Helium 10, Data Dive, Jungle Scout, etc.
- Experience collaborating with software development teams (e.g., for product data, integrations, workflow automation).
