1. E-commerce Store Operations:
- Responsible for managing and operating all of the company’s online sales platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Haravan, Tiktok, Middle,…), ensuring these platforms run efficiently, optimizing processes, and driving online revenue growth.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies, forecast inventory demand, manage customer relationships, and coordinate marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure smooth operations for tasks such as order processing, payments, refunds, and stock management, while providing timely support to customers (e.g., samples, gifts, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze competitors regularly, evaluating their commercial activities and strategies, and adjusting tactics accordingly.
- Monitor sales reports, conversion rates, advertising costs, and promotion performance.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (accounting, marketing, logistics, IT, etc.) and external partners (e-commerce platforms, shipping service providers) to achieve KPIs and project objectives.
- Evaluate, report, and analyze store operation data, and propose solutions to improve sales effectiveness and optimize operational processes.
- Manage customer service on online platforms, resolving issues and improving the overall shopping experience.
- Oversee the execution of promotional programs on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate and effective implementation.
- Assign and manage shift schedules for staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Confirm and process orders promptly and accurately.
- Conduct monthly inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate in the system.
- Ensure accurate and complete daily reconciliation with the accounting team.
2. Inventory and Logistics Management:
- Monitor the movement of goods, ensuring that inventory levels meet demand for major promotional campaigns and preventing stock shortages.
- Work with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize shipping processes, ensuring timely deliveries and minimizing overstock.
3. Reporting and Analysis:
- Report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales revenue, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and make strategic decisions based on data insights.
- Perform additional tasks as required by management related to e-commerce operations, digital strategy, and other evolving responsibilities.
