Driver Relations Associate, Grab Rentals

Get to know the Role:

• Monitor the performance of GR drivers to improve productivity, enforce compliance and ensure timely payments.
• Make decisions with regard to driver retention, rewards & penalties using software tools and data analytics.
• Develop and implement driver productivity, safety and expense management processes. Address driver inquiries and concerns.
• Create a healthy community of drivers for the purposes of:
• Driver mutual support & knowledge share
• Feedback loop for Grab business process improvements
• Report decisions and initiatives with clear justification from available data and interactions.
• Work with fleet, ops & commercial to align actions in addressing justifications for business improvements and driver concerns

The must haves:

• Diploma/Degree Holder (preferably in business management)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office & enterprise resource management systems
• Self motivated individual who is capable to get things done within allocated time frame.
• One who is willing to be hands-on as needed and proactively assume responsibilities for one’s actions.
• Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing, and ambiguous environments.
• Able to initiate and maintain strong relationships with drivers
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in customer relations/driver management.
