Get to know the Role:
Responsible for developing and executing acquisition and engagement strategies to increase overall supply size, productivity, efficiency, and engagement of GrabFood delivery-partners. Problem-solving skills, an analytical approach to decision-making and execution, and a willingness to do get your hands dirty are all necessary components to success in this role.
The day-to-day activities:
- Execute on GrabFood delivery-partner acquisition and engagement processes and initiatives
- Accountable for monitoring and improvement of one or more of the following: delivery-partner efficiency/performance, delivery quality, loyalty and retention programs.
- Work across different teams and functions to support goals and initiatives of Grab as a whole, when relevant to delivery-partners.
- Report on the performance of projects and initiatives involved in.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Good in English communications skills both written and spoken.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency with GSuite Apps, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
- Excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills who can interact with people at all levels.
- Able to make key business decisions or provide solid recommendations based on data & analytical thinking.
- Self-starter and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
