Get to know our Team:

  • We’re looking for a Driver Engagement Specialist to join our team as we are experiencing tremendous growth across the region. The position is to be based at our Grab Driver Center (GDC).


Get to know the Role:

  • Guiding Grab's Customers (Drivers and passengers) in using Grab mobile application.


The day-to-day activities:

  • Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from Grab's customers.
    Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with Grab's customers.
  • Perform administrative tasks involving taxi drivers account, such as involving top-up, changes in information, etc.
  • Support other departments' campaign when the needs arise.
  • Project management and process improvement experience would be an added advantage.


The must haves:

  • Must possess at least an SPM certificate or equivalent.

  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

  • Good communication skills and fluent in spoken and written in English and Malay.

  • Highly driven and independent.

  • Attentive to detail and accuracy.

  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Have patience and customer service oriented.

  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) will be an added advantage.
