Get to know our Team:

The City Growth team is responsible for optimizing the profit per ride and Gross Merchandise Value across the various services for the country. Our team will be driving improvements using multiple business levers, including but not limited to: pricing, segmentation, promotional activities, and incentives.


Get to know the Role:

  • You will be responsible for the set-up and implementation of weekly and daily Driver Incentives within our online tool
  • Once Incentive schemes have finished, you will run the reports and make payments to qualified drivers using our online tools
  • You will get a chance to work directly with the business leads, product team, data analytics and data science to deliver tangible outcomes to the business
  • You will need to have strong attention to detail, and be deadline oriented. You are able to consistently deliver accurate work with minimal levels of direct oversight



The day-to-day activities:

  • Set-up multiple segmented Driver Incentive schemes on weekly basis within the Incentive Module
  • Ensure smooth and timely completion of Payments to drivers that have qualified for Incentives across Indonesia market
  • Support Data Scientists and Data Analysts in measurement of impact of driver Incentive Schemes
  • Contribute ideas on potential Incentive schemes for drivers
  • Work with the Econs Team to ensure designed schemes can be implemented within the Incentive Module
  • Provide feedback to Product Management on implementation issues and product requirements for Incentive Module
  • Complete payments on daily basis to all drivers that have qualified for Incentives




The must haves:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Strong Excel skills plus data analytical capabilities
  • Experience in data extraction and manipulation
  • Small start-up company experience preferred
  • Honest and hard-working, with very high level of personal integrity
  • Dependable and reliable
  • High level of adaptability
  • Attention to detail, and able to work under time pressures consistently
