To perform administrative tasks which includes organization of driver registration forms, on ground verification and to conduct checks on vehicles.
To create new ways and to maintain driver’s engagement initiative. To open up booth in selected strategic location around CBD and other province.
Manage and setup driver marketing events on ground.
Ensure weekly drivers activation target is met.
To seek intelligence for market survey and outskirt area expansion.
The day-to-day activities:
Functional
Manage and monitor new grab car acquisition documentation including cover note, medical forms (above 50 y/o), and relevant driving license for new sign ups
To assist in driver account suspension and re-education
Conduct classroom sessions for new drivers on-boarding training
Gather insights and info for brand awareness. For e.g : Look out for major events
To conduct informal talk session with drivers on what they are facing currently
Feedbacks by drivers on their sentiments and current struggles
Partnership with local vendors to upscale Grab All Stars (GAS) programme
Customer
Communicate with driver regarding failed registration which includes common pending items e.g. : Missing IMEI and emergency contact details
Reply email/messages enquiries from drivers via whatsapp and email
To assist complaints/suggestions/feedbacks from pax if necessary
People
Coordinate and delegate admin work while maintaining Grab’s image as a company which truly cares about their stakeholders and driver partner’s welfare needs
The must haves:
Diploma/Degree
1-2 years managing people and/or administrative experience
Administrative, Customer Service
Detail-oriented, organizational skills, ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Intermediate Excel/Powerpoint. Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
