Job requirement

SUMMARY

This is a responsible administrative position involving internal and external contacts on behalf of the company. Responsibilities may include handling multiple tasks simultaneously, various software and PC skills, customer contact, communications skills, and attention to detail. Work with CAD systems administrators and engineering personnel on a daily basis.

· Maintain data translation records on all transfers (incoming and outgoing).

· Complete outgoing data translations from various software: Catia V5, Parasolid, Stp, IGES, NX.

· Complete incoming data translations from differing media: CD, TeamCenter, Online file transfer.

· Follow design department numbering and naming conventions.

· Maintain OEM on-line communications.

· Notify customers when data transfers are complete.

· Order and maintain adequate supplies of media.

· Other Tasks and duties as assigned.

Job requirement

Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

Possesses the ability to gather and analyze information

A minimum score of 26 on the Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test.
