Job requirement

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership & Training: Supervise and coach the Doctor Assistant team, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to clinical protocols.
  2. Clinical Support: Assist doctors during consultations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  3. Scheduling & Administration: Manage team schedules, coordinate patient appointments, and maintain accurate medical records.
  4. Communication & Coordination: Act as a liaison among patients, doctors, and departments; handle follow-ups and inquiries effectively.
  5. Clinic Operations: Oversee room readiness, equipment sterilization, and scan room workflow to support clinical efficiency.
  6. Quality Assurance: Maintain organized systems to streamline patient flow and support documentation standards.
  7. Ad-Hoc Support: Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager to ensure smooth operations

Job requirement

Requirements (Qualifications & Working Experience)

1.      Degree in the relevant field is preferred;

2.      Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience;

3.      Excellent customer service with good communication & interpersonal skills;

4.      Good problem-solving skills & the ability to handle conflicts;

5.      Ability to work well under pressure & willing to work in shifts & overtime;

6.      Must be a team player with positive attitude, showing empathy, proactive, flexible, energetic & adaptive to change;

7.      Able to handle patient’s confidential information in a professional manner;

8.      Strong organizational & planning skills;

9.      Proficient in MS Office and patient management software;

10.   Excellent command of Vietnamese & English, written & spoken.

11.   Ability to foresee internal human resource and customer service risks and gaps and make plan for the best control, management and improvement
