• Position summary:

- The DC Supervisor has the responsibility for creating and preparing all deliveries and shipments being despatched. And control of all inventories, stock takes within the Distribution Centre as well as the investigation and root cause analysis of credit claims.

- This position is also responsible for ensuring all credits; Return Goods Authority’s (RGA), Proof Of Deliveries (POD) associated with these shipments are monitored, recorded and completed in a timely manner. Also, assure inventories accurate in a timely record in system and physical

- Key Performance Indicators of error tracking of short and over delivery’s, internal transfer, repack movement’s and stock accuracy also need to be tracked with reports produced and discussed with Management and results displayed.

• Accountabilities:

To execute Warehouse & Distribution operation including:

- Coordinating with transporters for trucking, sailing, railing requirement and arrangement.

- Coordinating with warehouse for loading and unloading or any other warehousing control activities.

- Customer service: shipment information to customer, delivery tracking, delivery confirmation etc

- Internal transfer: shipment information to receiver, delivery tracking, delivery confirmation etc

- Combining delivery orders to maximize truck utilization.

- Warehouse control: stock movement control, stock accuracy owner, promptly take action

- Perform all of performance management to service providers

- Perform all of transactions into Software System.

To ensure document control and transportation tracking, planning system is in place:

- Distribution planning to meet customer orders and services.

- Transportation planning to meet replenishment for warehouses.

- Transportation and shipping documents are recorded, authorised and documented.

- Transportation cost, distribution cost tracking.

- Document and file all of Delivering & Receiving for materials movements as retention records.

To improve individual job skills and contribute to team work building:

- Document and file all of Delivering & Receiving for material movements as retention records.

- Compliance with department procedures, company policies.

- Taking training courses held by company for job skill improvement.

- Team working.

To maintain hygiene and safe working environment at sites:

- SMART and 5’S, Visual control implementation.

- Firefighting.
