Duties may include but not limited to:

• High level liaison with executives and Division Heads of other departments.
• Engender a positive, focused and proactive – results-based monitor room team and Special Investigations team
• Proactively direct the team to create and maintain a respectful and harmonious team.
• Manage a diverse workforce (nationalities and skills).
• Oversee coaching, counseling and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee department SOPs are up-to-date and in line with company standards.
• Oversee recruiting and training for the department.
• Ensure that all company and department P&P are adhered to
• Plan, organize, prioritize and allocate responsibilities urveillance Operations Manager, Surveillance Shift Manager, Surveillance Technical Managermanagement experience in a large (15 and duties according to business needs.
• Focus and guide others to meet their objectives and expectations.
• Align with organizational business direction.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and capital expenditure budgets for the department as required
• Manage costs of the department responsibly.
• Ensure a proactive approach is taken to the application of CCTV surveillance.
• Be responsible for Health and Safety of the surveillance workplace.
