Experience:
- Prepare records, documents, track and remind work schedules, meetings with customers and partners; supporting CEO in internal and external relations, keeping connections to maintain good relationships with all foreign partners; attend conferences and events as assigned; welcome foreign partners upon entry and arrange schedules when they stay in Vietnam.
- Interprete and translate English for the General Manager (CEO) when required in negotiating transactions with foreign customers and partners
- Support CEO in maintaining and finding suppliers to promptly purchase materials, equipment, technical services to replace and repair machinery and equipment when required from the factory.
- Follow up, coordinate with partners and subcontractors to carry out procedures related to foreign trade contracts.
- Accept overtime, business trips (including abroad) when required to communicate with partners and interpret for CEO.
- Make records, reports, checking, reviewing, synthesizing, statistics, archiving at the request of CEO; evaluate problems, advise and contribute ideas, propose solutions to CEO.
- Responsible for coordinating with internal departments; on behalf of the CEO promptly handle work in business management and administration
- Other misions related to activities under the direction of CEO.
1 - Knowledge and skills to match the job to be recruited:
- College or University degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, Finance or equivalent.
- Professional or experienced in the role of assistant, secretary for business leaders
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills; know how to analyze and synthesize; make report, plan schedule
- Hardworking, eager to learn; able to work independently and well handle situations.
- Have knowledge or experience in the field of import and export, international trade
2 - Other requirements
- Priority candidates: good at other foreign languages (Chinese or Japanese)
