Director Assistant/ Trợ lý Giám đốc

Job requirement

• Assist the Director in developing and overseeing the long-term business strategies of VIProperty;• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business of VIProperty by following growth strategies, plans, policiesand procedures to ensure all in compliance.• Track, monitor, and follow-up on projects and action items; work closely with members of the executive teamto ensure timely completion of tasks• Manages projects for the organization. Coordinates with others (both internal and external) to ensure allcomponents are completed in a timely manner and has overall responsibility for the quality of the projects.• Ensures that Director has all necessary information and materials for meetings (collect data, do reports, preparepresentation, etc.)• Manage key relationships on behalf of Director, assist in relationship-building internal and external(government/clients) the organization by maintaining regular communication and timely follow-up• Be a role model of promoted company culture by maintaining a positive and ethical work climate that isconducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels;• Other work assigned by Director

Job requirement

• At least 2 years experience in the relevant position

• Be good appearance, sharply • Fluent in Chinese or English (both written and verbal skills)• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving• Strong administrative skills, ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines;• Ability to efficiently coordinate and communicate with internal and external groups;• Good time management and organizational skills & keen on details• Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple• Great communication skills
